Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "Player") and PugoGames ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile game Slide Block Jam! (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Game, you agree to these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the Game, including any in-app purchases.

2. Description of the Game

Slide Block Jam! is a single-player puzzle game featuring a slide-and-match core mode and a Daily Puzzle mode. The Game may display third-party advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads). The Game does not include multiplayer, chat, or any feature allowing you to communicate with other players.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Game on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Game;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Game;
• Use any cheat, exploit, automation software (bot), hack, mod, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game or gain an unfair advantage;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Game or the networks/services connected to it, including generating fraudulent advertising impressions or clicks;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game, including but not limited to its code, design, artwork, characters, audio, puzzles, the "Slide Block Jam" name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by PugoGames or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

6. Advertising

The Game is supported, in whole or in part, by advertising provided through third-party advertising networks (including Google AdMob). Ads may appear between gameplay sessions or in exchange for optional in-game rewards ("rewarded ads"). Advertising content is selected and served by our third-party partners, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. 7. In-App Purchases

If the Game offers in-app purchases, the following applies:

• All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (or the applicable app store) and are subject to that platform's own payment terms and refund policies.
• Virtual items or benefits (such as ad removal) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and are non-transferable between accounts or devices unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law or the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any purchasable feature at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Unity Technologies infrastructure, and may in the future rely on services provided by a third-party publishing or distribution partner (including analytics, attribution, and mediation services). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Updates & Availability

We may release updates to the Game from time to time, which may add, change, or remove features. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior (including advertising fraud or cheating), or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 3 immediately ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4–8 and 11–15) will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will PugoGames, its owners, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the game — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the game will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten U.S. dollars (US$10), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PugoGames and its owners, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, communicated through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Game after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PugoGames regarding the Game and supersede any prior agreements.
