Slide Block Jam! — Effective / Last Updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PugoGames ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the mobile game Slide Block Jam! (the "Game"), available on Google Play and other app stores. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect Directly

The Game does not require account registration or login. We do not directly collect your name, postal address, phone number, email address, or precise location. The Game does not include chat, messaging, or any user-generated content shared with other players.

1.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To let you keep your progress, the Game stores certain information locally on your device only (using standard Android storage). This data is not transmitted to our servers — we do not operate a server that receives it. It includes:

  • Your best score and current score
  • Daily streak and daily puzzle progress
  • Sticker / milestone reward progress
  • Power-up cooldown timers
  • Game settings (sound, music, vibration)
  • Tutorial completion status

This data stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party software development kits ("SDKs") that may collect certain information automatically to provide advertising, measure performance, and improve the Game. This may include:

CategoryExamples
Device identifiersAdvertising ID (AAID), device model, operating system version
Network informationIP address (used to derive approximate, non-precise location such as country/region)
App interaction / gameplay dataSession start/end times and duration, dates and times of play, level or puzzle reached, progress and completion events, points where a session was exited or abandoned, ad views/clicks, crash and diagnostic logs
Approximate locationDerived only from IP address or device settings; we do not request GPS/precise location permission

This information is collected and processed by the third-party providers listed in Section 2, according to their own privacy policies, and may be used to serve and personalize advertising, prevent fraud, provide aggregate analytics, and understand how players engage with the Game (for example, which levels are difficult or where players tend to stop playing).

Publishing / distribution partners. The Game may, now or in the future, be published, promoted, or distributed in partnership with a third-party publishing partner. If we work with such a partner, their own analytics, attribution, and/or mediation SDKs may be integrated into the Game and may independently collect information of the types described in this Section 1.3, under that partner's own privacy policy. We will identify the specific partner(s) and update this policy, and where required by law provide additional notice, before or at the time such an integration goes live.

1.4 In-App Purchases

If the Game offers in-app purchases (for example, an option to remove ads), all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment credentials — this information is processed directly by Google under Google's own privacy policy.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

The Game integrates the following third-party services. Each provider may independently collect and process data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy

Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — policies.google.com/privacy

Unity Technologies (game engine, mobile notifications, and — if enabled — Unity Analytics/Unity Ads) — unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

Google Firebase / other analytics or attribution SDKs, if and when enabled by us to understand how the Game is used and to fix bugs — policies.google.com/privacy

Publishing / distribution partner SDKs (analytics, attribution, and/or mediation), if and when the Game is published or promoted through a third-party partner — the specific partner and a link to their privacy policy will be listed here once such a partnership is active.

We may add, remove, or change third-party providers over time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Game
  • To display advertising and measure ad performance
  • To personalize advertising where you have provided consent (see Section 4)
  • To diagnose technical issues and crashes
  • To understand aggregate, anonymized usage trends (e.g., which levels are popular)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some jurisdictions (e.g., California) define certain advertising-related data sharing as a "sale" or "share" — see Section 6 for your choices regarding this.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

The Game is supported by advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized (based on your advertising ID and interests) or non-personalized.

4.1 Users in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game will present a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before showing personalized ads, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time from the Game's Settings → Privacy Choices menu.

4.2 Managing Ad Personalization on Your Device

You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on newer Android versions)
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off "Personalized Ads"

You can also review Google's own ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not intentionally directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable law, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or the EU/UK GDPR's provisions on children's data.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this policy, please contact us at the address in Section 10 so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete such information.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Because the Game does not maintain user accounts or a central database of personal profiles, most of the data described in Section 1.3 is held and controlled by our third-party providers (primarily Google) rather than by us directly. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights, which you can generally exercise through the device controls in Section 4.2 or directly with the relevant provider:

  • Access, correction, deletion, or portability of data associated with your advertising identifier (via Google's Ads Settings or device settings)
  • Objection to or restriction of processing for advertising purposes
  • Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (California CCPA/CPRA, and similar U.S. state laws)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for EEA/UK residents)

For requests that require our direct involvement, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

Locally stored game data (Section 1.2) remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data collected by third-party providers (Section 1.3) is retained according to their own retention policies, as described in their respective privacy policies linked in Section 2.

8. Data Security

We rely on the security measures implemented by Google Play, Google AdMob, and Unity Technologies for any data their SDKs process. While we and our partners take reasonable steps to protect information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Contact Us

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app message). Continued use of the Game after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Note: This document was prepared as a comprehensive template reflecting the Game's actual functionality at the time of writing (no account system, local save data, Google AdMob advertising, optional future analytics/IAP). It is intended as a strong starting point, not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney familiar with the laws of your country and your target markets — particularly before large-scale or EU-facing launch.
